Allison, you may want to start.

Sure.

So I do think that transportation projects are always a challenge.

You always feel like when I first started on the commission, I was very curious about why it took so long to build a road and to build a roundabout.

Yeah.

You know, why didn't we do that ahead of time type questions? So you have to justify with traffic count, which means a lot of times you have to wait for the people to come to build the road, to build the infrastructure.

Right.

So one of the questions that I love to ask people is who in your life are role models? Who are people that you look up to and emulate? And what are some of the things that you've seen in them that has sort of shaped your experiences as a leader? So Allison, I'll maybe start with you.
