Could you explain, like, for someone that has never heard that before, what that means?
25:17
So essentially, you have a, you have a fish tank, right? You take water from the tap or wherever you get it, and you either are gonna use tap water, and if your tap water is really gross, you're probably gonna get RO water.
25:32
You fill your tank.
25:33
Hopefully, you have a good substrate and plants in there.
25:36
Ideally, you would cycle the tank before the fish is in it, but sometimes that is difficult depending on your situation.
25:43
Usually, you can use fish food to just, like, you just feed the tank when there's nothing in it, and that will cause an ammonia spike.
25:48
There's no beneficial bacteria in your tank when you start it, and that is necessary for the breakdown of nitrogen.

What advice would you give to someone that's wanting to get into aquascaping? Not just getting an aquarium, but wanting to start the, the journey that you have been on with really learning and understanding, and taking a more holistic approach to fish keeping.
41:11
Is that correct?
41:12
Yes.
41:12
Yeah.
41:13
So I left my perfectly great consulting job and went to work on this ORF program.

And Vermont effectively had to close its doors due to challenges.
41:24
On the provincial funding.

And so the Michaels, Michael Sefton and Michael May sort of said to me, keep you around until you find something else.
