But I was curious, talking about what people misunderstand about the process, what do you think is a very common misunderstanding from maybe public or employees themselves when it comes to decertifying, opting out and informing or looking for the basic information of union membership?
6:18
So one thing that people sometimes misunderstand about opting out, for example, is that even after you've opted out of your union, they're still representing you because you're still part of the bargaining unit.
6:30
So there's not really a way for you to completely get the union out of the picture there.
6:37
What's different about decertification is that you're changing the union, you're changing the representative, and you're either going to have a different um, independent union or you're going to have no union.
6:50
That's also an option.
6:52
So, um, so that's, that's one kind of piece there.
6:55
And then another one is that, um, I think people sometimes back to the timing thing, they think they can do it at any time.
9:55
Given that you know exactly what it means to put out this information to actually empower employees, which is what the whole Freedom Foundation mission is, what would you say against those criticisms of people who just severely misunderstand what it means to tell the truth and inform employees with their constitutional rights?
