Uh, did you feel pressure at that age to perform, or were you just out there having fun and just, you know, happened to be better than everybody else?

I'd say a little bit of both.

Uh, you know, I don't wanna say pressure, but, you know, I, I definitely, I enjoyed it, and I still do to this day.

I mean, I liked being, you know, kind of the guy that people wanna beat, and I aspire to, you know, return to being the guy that people wanna beat.

And, uh, I, I mean, you definitely feel it.

You definitely feel there's a sense of, you know, people ex- As any level of any sport, of anything at any age, you know, when, when you do well at something consistently, people expect you to continue to do well, and that's, that's to be expected, and I don't think that's something to shy away from.

But h- honestly, as, you know, you know me from, from, from that time, and, you know, you, Dan, uh, Mr.

[laughs] So based on what you just said, and based on what you would encourage even for your own kids, what advice would you give a parent who said, "Hey, Alan, uh, I wanna get my kid involved in golf"? I mean, just kind of step by step, uh, you know, on a, on a three or four-step basis, what do you tell them?
