In 2003, Lula was already connecting China to Brazil.

And, uh, we are calling this Lula three, because this is the third time he's the president of Brazil.

He is making a lot of a contract with all ev- uh, e- I mean, every China business or China company, uh, state company or, you know, free, uh, personal, uh, company in China.

So tell us there's gonna be at least some countermeasures there.
