So what falls into that arena?
32:49
I guess we're thinking about a farming landscape.
32:51
It's probably the elements that go beyond maybe the traditional assets that we'd look at.
32:55
So going beyond just looking at the infrastructure on the farm, the crops or the livestock holding capacity and starting to look at assets like the vegetation that's there, the biodiversity in that vegetation.
33:07
Is there shelter belts, tree lines, paddock trees? Is there riparian areas that are there? And also looking at what diversity there might be in the vegetation and the pastures that are there and how that supports and is in turn supported by soil health.
33:22
And the reason that we start to look at those metrics is having that underlying understanding that those assets are in turn creating ecosystem services and those ecosystem services provide benefits to the business.
33:34
So if you've got tree lines, is that supporting shade and shelter for the animals? But at the same time, is it creating a habitat for beneficial insects that might support the pastures or the crops in the region? Or is it beneficial animals or native animals that also have biodiversity and habitat in those regions? So yeah, really looking at those, I guess, maybe non-traditional farm assets, but the assets that we know that businesses have in their landscapes.
33:57
Is it possible for a bank to put a dollar value on that yet?
