And if you'd want to go back to Paraton or something else and share a project that you're particularly proud of there too, that's fine as well.

All right, perfect.

So there's a couple initiatives that stand out to me that I'm really proud of.

And one actually does go back to my days at Paraton, which was several years ago but it was by far the most challenging and rewarding of my career so far.

Paraton went through two major acquisitions that grew the company from about 3,000 employees to 18,000.

And with those two acquisitions, obviously came the integrations of systems, processes, and teams and culture.

We were given a hard deadline of nine months to get the system side of things integrated in our processes.

It could be those, maybe some advice that you share to your team, some advice that a leader shared with you sometime, things that you think could help people be successful in talent acquisition.
