like we've got flame keeper and they're the people that want to keep the original values of the organization alive so they're really rooted in purpose and mission and values and they have their moral compass that's very strong By the way, you have some of everything.

It's not 100%.

You can have 90% of all of them.

The shadow side, though, is where dogma shows up about values.

And this is the way it has to be.

Moral standards.

And let's say there is also alignment there, right? So I understand you may have different offers, right? So what I would love for you to do is to walk me through how does it look like to work with you right now and the potential outcomes I could expect from out of it, you know? Yes.

Hmm.

And I want to be seen, for instance, as competent and trustworthy and able to go into relationship and that I know what I'm doing.

That's the competency part.

Well, then that immediately dictates who I have to be from my inner core out.

If that's what I want, then who am I? Who am I choosing to be? People don't look at that as a choice typically.

But that is absolutely one of the things I talk to the leaders about.

Who do you want to be? really down deep, who do you want to be? The next question is, what do you want people that are all gathered around you as you are passing from this life to be talking about and saying about you? And it's probably about your character, not about the specific thing.

I think that kind of holds us accountable and gets back to, you know, what we are supposed to, we are not supposed to react, but how we can now, you know, navigate through this mindfully, not just react out of that fear or anxiety.
