So I'm curious, Allison, what are some of the questions that we're asking that you hope the survey will answer?

I think we're asking some like elephant in the room questions.

So we're asking if federal cuts have forced changes in nonprofit workplaces.

We're asking what kind of cuts.

We're asking the huge question that I think all nonprofits are asking right now, which is AI.

What happens with AI and is that displacing workers and how are workers using it? A perennial question that we get asked a lot is, is the remote workplace dead? And what does that look like? But the huge elephant in the room question again is how have cuts been impacting our sector today? Are we in a silent recession? And everything from those standard of living questions, do you have enough money in your bank account? Can you afford childcare? How far away do you live from your workplace? Those are all questions that we're asking.

It's way, way, way more than a compensation survey.
