Yeah.
15:16
And so we have to be really intentional about how we're phasing all of this in and when are the appropriate times to talk about things.
15:25
So I like running technique work, working on posture and cadence to me is an off-season, pre-season activity.
15:32
We're not going to work on this when you're in the middle of a 70.3 or Ironman build.
15:36
That's crazy.

CDC guidelines, it's funny to listen to CDC guidelines in the context of triathlon training.
6:37
There's kind of a joke of like someone went to a doctor and the doctor's like, you should get two and a half hours of training a week.
6:42
And the guy was like, or the woman, like a day? I was like, wait, what? Um, it's, yeah, I don't think it like CDC guidelines are kind of out the window with triathlon training, but what's interesting for age group athletes and training is to think about that.
7:00
The idea that training and recovery and fatigue comes from a lot of places more than just what you're seeing on a training calendar.
7:06
So if you're looking at pro athletes, as an example, um, I don't train pro athletes, but if I did, everything on their training calendar would be everything more or less that I would need to know.
7:17
I would prescribe a certain amount of training stress.
