circumstance like this? So recently I am responsible for sending trade show setups out to different conferences for specific team members.

And I asked, what's the process? And yeah, no response.

No plan.

There was a response, but I took it a step further.

And so one day when I was actually walking through their process, what they gave me, then I took it and then improved upon it because I wanted more detail.

So it's not just getting a box, throwing a tablecloth in it.
