What advice do you have in getting your first opportunity as those new graduates out there are in a little bit more of a tighter economy?

Yeah, they're in a tighter economy and at a time where the number one skill that employers are looking for are AI skills.

So I tell every graduate, like you really need to spend some time right now leveling up your skills and your skills in artificial intelligence.

Like LinkedIn put out a report that said last year in 2025 and this year, 2026, the number one skill to have out of the gazillion skills that are out there is AI literacy.

So how much time are you spending every day to make sure that you're AI literate so that you are very relevant in today's job market and tomorrow's job market? And then as you're looking for your ideal job, are you using artificial intelligence to help you do that? And it can help you in everything from helping you with the interview process all the way down to finding that job.

on LinkedIn and that sort of stuff.

But I will tell you that it definitely is a tighter job market for those just starting out, like trying to get your first job.

So as a leader, mentor, and teacher, what have you recognized in terms of the incredible potential of this future generation versus the hindrance that a lot of people think or believe?

Any business

... is making, is making more money leaning into AI when they're using it strategically, right? And so if you're an entrepreneur or a business owner, it doesn't matter what industry you're in, you can use AI in your business.

So for a person who's, like, lost, and they're looking at the screen, and they say, "I have no idea where to start," that's the best thing to do, is just to tell AI, "I have no idea where to start, so ask me 15 questions about myself and my business and my goals so that you can help me get started.

My true goal is to grow, multiply, and expand my business.

Ask me the 15 questions." So you don't have to really know what to ask it.

You just have to know that it's a conversation that you're having with AI, and think of it as a business strategy coach.

If you were sitting across from a strategy coach, the coach is gonna wanna know 15 things about you in order to help you in your business.

I'm interested what you would say to people that are really worried about AI right now.

I'm always curious, as this audience knows about the backstory of people, why and how did you get so fascinated with AI to the point of becoming the queen of AI?

Sure.

So back in 2017, I was speaking at an event called Walmart Tech Live.

It's an internal event for Walmart's employees.

And the speaker in front of me, he was 15 years old at the time, 15.

And he was on stage and he was talking about IBM Watson, an AI tool.

And IBM Watson in 2011 beat the nation's best Jeopardy champions in a game of Jeopardy.

I received it.

Let you know, I go zero or agent, agent, agent, real person,

real person.

But you are talking to the ones that aren't good.

So there are great AI receptionists now.

They haven't gone mainstream yet.

We're using them in our business.
