19:11
Do you want to tell some of that here?
19:13
Sure.
19:14
Why not? So I, as everyone knows now from the introduction, I am in pre-sales at a large firm in the United States.
19:22
It's actually the sixth largest tax and audit firm in the world.
19:26
And I work in, they have a large Microsoft division.
19:28
And so I'm in that particular part of the business.
19:31
So if you were to look at me now, you might think that I had an easy life or that I was super smart or or that things were kind of paid for me and I just kind of fell into certain roles.

change you,
5:45
What, what did you see?
5:47
D365 has always been a relational database, but it's not been... it's not always been easy to get data out of D365.
5:55
So back when I started, I was in a product called AX 2009, and then 2000...
6:00
AX 2009 became AX 2012, and then AX 2012 became D365 Finance and Supply Chain.
6:07
So through the years, the systems y-Became easier to get the information out of, but not just that.
6:15
Microsoft's platform for meeting their customers' needs is to go and buy ISVs, or integrated software vendors, applications and bring it into the core application of D365.
6:29
So when I started out in 2009, people went out and bought best-of-breed software and then integrated them together.

[laughs] Um, what, what have you, you learned from, from all your international, um, yeah, projects, especially, uh, what teaches you in, in, in leadership?
