yeah and so what does that look like on a day-to-day basis what would you say you're out in in term time what are your hours and days is this

are we talking seven days a week like It does vary.

So this week, I don't actually see the girls at breakfast.

I'm managing my own thing and I'll come in, I'll have a day of meetings, might be working with our wellbeing and psychologist team or our nurses, or I might be showing prospective parents on a tour.

And then I might have some afternoon meetings with, it might be with like the caterer.

We've got this awesome caterer, but we need to plan for an event or something very haphazard.

And then I'll have dinner with the boarders and then I'll be on call.

What was it like, if you can even remember back then, how was life actually operating for you back then? Yeah.
