Why is it that food gets wasted?

So the food supplier says, well, I don't want to lose my contract with that supermarket because it's very useful.

So I'm going to 10% extra in production.

So, in enforcement, the definition of category one and two hazards is that a local authority has a duty to take action on a category one hazard and the discretion to take action on a category two hazard.

And that definition hasn't changed and the threshold for those categories hasn't changed.

So, it's still… Hazards that score 1,000 or more are a Category 1 hazard.

999 or less is Category 2.

But previously, the way that scores were banded were into letters from A to J.
