And Ali, tell us a little bit about, was there any experience surgically or from a practice perspective that it was quite, wow, I've not seen this before, or this is something that's quite interesting or that you've maybe found quite surprising in your visit?

Yeah.

Yeah.

In LA, in Shriners Hospital, they had very good relationship with o- orthopedic surgeons, between orthopedic surgeons and anesthesiologists.

They, they performed bilateral tibial osteotomy plus exchanged telescopic nailing in a daily manner.

They operated on the patient, uh, the morning and then discharged afternoon.

And so we ask, "How do you manage this?" They started painkillers five days before surgery, five days before surgery, and perform surgery and discharge, and continue three days more.
