6:30
Mm.
6:30
Um, and then it was kind of when I left college, maybe Bebo and, and Facebook had all kind of kicked off around that time, towards the end of it.
6:36
But I remember one of my first assignments ever was criticizing Facebook, and, uh, 'cause I did sociology of the media, and the question at this time, which would've been 2008, was like, "Are people getting kind of addicted to being connected all the time?" And it had literally just launched.
6:52
So I remember even at that time being like, "This is weird." Like, I remember feeling like it was odd, and the whole idea of creating a version of yourself for online, how odd that was, and being told when it was someone's birthday because you got a notification being like, "It's Johnny's birthday today." It was all a bit strange.
7:06
I remember feeling that at the time.
7:08
So I've kind of been on both sides of it, but I actually went back to college during COVID and got a law degree, and the same thing kind of happened again.
7:14
Like, there's not many things you can find online when you're looking at Irish cases, or you're studying jurisprudence and you're looking back at, like, the like of Socrates, or, like, loads of these original kind of thought.
12:08
But it's a sort of what you feel and what you think, so that we are hiring out or we are giving away our critical faculties so that the whole process of working out the world, of working out ourselves in relation to the world, is being handed over.
2:28
I can't put, put that one up." But i- is there the perception out there, maybe, Ally, that some people do post pictures where only they look good, and other people not so much?
2:41
Yes, absolutely.
2:42
I think it's a real celebrity thing.
2:43
I always think of Kim Kardashian.
2:46
Any time any of her friends has a birthday, like a stylist or someone she works with, or a cousin, there are always these photos where Kim looks absolutely stunning.
2:54
Like, for some reason, her face has the best lighting, her abs are on show, and I always [laughs] feel like the other people in the photos never look that great.
3:01
So, she's one that I always think of.

5 MINS LATER

8:15
Yeah
4:07
family was on with us telling us how much they love...
4:09
Lola, but she just got voted one of the least popular in the villa and that was revealed in the villa.
4:13
So Fitzy is now in this new lad's holiday.
4:16
He knows she's at the bottom.
4:19
His mate Charlene drops in and what was so interesting is last night on After Sun, which is the show hosted by Maya Jama, one of the former members of the show was there.
4:27
He got kicked off and he said everyone in the villa knew that Charlene was coming because it had been reported on for months, right? And apparently Fitzy was like really looking forward to her coming and they were all manifesting it for him.
4:36
Does he know her? They know each other.
5:52
important context for like where she's coming from.
2:06
Yeah, I mean, you always wonder, do you actually see much? Are you just getting a flash of the cars? Do you have any sense of what's happening in the race? Are you actually seeing much of anything at all?
2:18
You kind of have to have a good spot.
2:19
So day one, when we were on the float, we had grandstand tickets as well.
2:22
So I was right in front of the pit stop.
2:24
So that was... pretty cool but day two I was on a balcony and that was probably the best view that I got so around here some of the apartments they're worth like 60 million they charge like I'd say they make about 50 grand a day per balcony for people to buy tickets to go and look from the balcony so the money that is made But yeah, you have to have a bit of a plan for either the qualifying or practice day.
2:43
They're probably the easier days to try and actually see the track.
2:45
The Grand Prix day itself is very hard, but it's like going to the World Cup or going to a football match.
3:19
How did that go down?
1:25
How did things get to this point?
1:28
I know, it feels like it's been going on forever.
1:30
And it's one of those things where I think we're also used to talking about the rumours of a rift or the rumours of arguments.
1:36
It really reminds me of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle and the Royal Family.
1:39
So to get an actual statement confirming not only that there is a feud, but exactly what has happened is just insane.
1:45
I think everyone in the world is talking about this this morning.
1:48
So basically this all kicked off really around 2022 when Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz got married.
4:54
I
