and uh

had been going out on dates with men.

Like I was just like doing this experiment with myself.

I was like, all right, let me see.

And then I like went on, I don't know, like 20 dates, felt nothing with these men.

And I was just like, okay, like, let me see.

And then, so I started talking to a couple girls and immediately like clicked with one of them and she really helped me like come out of my shell I needed that at that time like I was so scared I couldn't as I shared like I was so scared to even let my own fantasies in my mind be there that like engaging with another human um was just like really scary for me but um ultimately like met the right match for that moment and she was just like had been out her whole life was just like come come on this is nothing like let's go um and yeah I think that the next milestone of coming out that I'll just share uh that I'd love to share in this podcast because I know I'm not the only one that has had a hard experience with their family um friends were amazing uh sister like took us I have two sisters one took a second to just kind of like Oh, okay.

And so I'm curious, so I have a million questions, but the first one really is related to memory, which is as you've been doing this sound healing work, have you found other unearthed memories or kind of how does sound healing interact with memory is maybe the better question.
