Um, if there's a trauma patient that comes in that unfortunately the team haven't been able to, um, save and, and they are then identified as dying or coming towards the end of their life, we will step in and take over there.

My background in nursing is ITU respiratory medicine, so I'm very comfortable with intubated patients and, um, and such.

So if you had a, if you were to give some advice to people who are looking to increase the amount, the provision of end of life care and less with the EDs, what sort of first steps would you sort of look about to or deprioritize?
