General Manager Ali Fellows says the community have stood by them every step of the way.

It's been quite a difficult time, especially when we first found out we had the fire.

And we've had to kind of alter the way we work, obviously.

We've lost our main hall, which is our main... revenue stream and obviously it was a big shock to us but luckily obviously nobody was hurt in the fire you know the building was closed we are fully insured it was just an electrical fault that caused it so there was no blame attached or anything like that and also mainly a good relief was the fact that the main heritage building was unaffected we've got a grade two listed building which is the main part of the building the function hall was added in the 1970s so it's a sort of you know a later addition and that's the only thing that was impacted by the fire.

What's it looking like now and how are things going?

Well, the beams have all been lifted into our garden.

They're not yet on the roof.

So the crane's coming back this week to lift them from the garden onto the roof.
