It has ninety million people.

It has ground-- land and, uh, maritime borders with twenty two countries.

So there would be ways to smuggle in commodities and products.

So the import's gonna happen, the smuggling gonna happen, the black market gonna happen.

Again, I want to know how this fits into the bigger picture of, uh, potentially more unrest.
