... 'cause then kind of more in order the way my brain works linearly.

So, um, before I discovered IHP and was practicing that, um, I was a chiropractor, so I was just doing physical, the physical side of medicine, uh, adjustments, decompression therapy, you know, helping patients with pain really.

Um, working at a, a clinic that had functional medicine, I just had no experience with that until I started kind of immersing myself in it.

It was at that point that I actually kind of, like, burned out.

I had, like, an adrenal burnout, basically.

Developed a, a thyroid condition that tr- that tr- truly rooted back to a leaky gut.

Um, so kind of like on the same topic, um, as far as like I, I hear all the time, like, "How do I get clients? It's so hard, you know, to get clients and acquire clients." IHPs are like, "Is it social media? Is it..." You know, what are the ways that you believe, and my guess is maybe it's more than one, of, and it's probably obviously sharing your message, but can you talk a little bit about what you believe is the most beneficial way to kind of like get yourself out there in the sense of, um, you know, from a business standpoint?
