Are you able to talk just a little bit about your time as president and like, what your most proudest time and what you're proud of as president of AGS?

I think you hit the nail on the head.

This two-year time period is remarkably short considering the amount of disruptors that are going on in our industry, the things that AGS, especially recently, has really tried to focus on.

I was fortunate to get to become president on our 90th anniversary at Conclave, our 90th year as an organization.

And one of the things that Brian and I both really focused on is how do we future-proof this organization? And that was a process that began quite a bit before I became president and it's something that we really focused on is the last few years is how do we future proof both in making sure that our committee chairs have deputies, making sure we're embracing the younger generations and really focusing on our young title holders, making sure we're embracing the older generations and our past presidents rather than truly put them out to past year, we created a group called the president circle where every quarter or so we engage with the past presidents.

We let them know what's going on within the organization.

And then at conclave, we all come together and meet, which is always so wonderful to get to reconnect with some of, in my mind, these people are legends, right? You get to sit down at a table with these people you've looked up to your whole life.

What do you think is the responsibility of these well-educated retailers to handle well-educated shoppers as well?
