First, I think that we still need to have juniors.

We cannot just have only experienced people having more than 10, 15, 20 years whatsoever.

Because when people will be retiring, you won't be having back, you know, some people working for you, so you will be in a situation where you will have only your AI tool.

So we still need some juniors, and we still need to train them on the case law, on the codes for my country, because we have codes.

Um, so you still need to train them and to teach them how to think as a lawyer and to work as a lawyer or to work as an in-house counsel.

For, for the rest, I think that we will transform, uh, our legal departments.
