How did you think communications went overall? between the civil authorities and the community?

Well, I think that the communications to the public went as well as it could.

They wanted to keep the public safe.

They didn't want anybody going into a hot zone with a blast zone and all of that type of thing.

So I thought getting the community out of there was really good.

I did, however, notice there was a lot of homeless people still roaming around, even though the entire area had been evacuated.

So that's one element that I saw that that was not addressed.
