[laughs] But before we dive into all of that, can we take our listeners to the story of what are we talking about? So there's a procurement act currently discussed in the European Parliament, and what's happening there? What is the state? How did this all happen? Give us some history and some background.

Absolutely.

So we are talking about a European Union file, so it's, uh, the European Commission was, uh, tasked to renew the procurement rules for Europe.

At the moment, we have, like, a couple of regulations and a lot of paperwork around how procurement should happen in Europe.

And when we talk about procurement, we talk about, like, pretty much everything a public administration needs.

This could be chairs for a room where the mayor sits.

This could be paintings.
