Alex, what are you curious about right now in your business?

In our business, I think it's ultimately for me what I'm realizing now is that all the businesses are about people.

It's just people and, you know, we had to go through a bit of restructuring last year.

So we had to downsize some of our workforce, which was unfortunate, but something had to be done.

So understanding about how can I better support our team? What can we teach them? What tools are out there? It's interesting, Chris's comment around AI and loneliness and different things.

We've seen it in our business and in our community, quite frankly, coming out of COVID.

So as a result of that, or to counteract that maybe, we've doubled down a lot of building out that community, doing a lot of things to bring people together and giving them the opportunity to maybe to have that conversation, to have that connection, to have that, like we realize that a lot of our team members, they have a best friend at work, which is amazing to see.
