We're all disabled by something.

Um, so I work for Hope Heals, and, uh, it was founded my b- my, my brother, my oldest brother, and my sister-in-law after they, uh, walked through a, a terrible personal tragedy that left my sister-in-law, uh, significantly disabled in her adulthood.

Um, so, uh, my background is in graphic and web design, and so way back in the day, I think it was 2013, I was living overseas and, um- My brother was like, "Hey, we need, like, free web design [laughs] work and free logos, uh, you know, branding work." And so I said, "I would love to help you." So we, I worked with them at the beginning of their ministry very much from just, like, a graphics web developer point of view.

Um, and then I just kind of somehow got more and more involved.

And one day, I remember I could only get phone service in this one little corner of my tiny bedroom in London.

So I would sit- I would crouch in the corner and talk to my brother on the phone at, at about midnight probably my time.
