So when I went into year seven, the, um, they got a new PE teacher called Mr. Harris, who was a coach at, uh, Colchester Volleyball Club, which at the time had, like, 20-plus teams.

Um, on, like, men's and the, the women's sides.

And so- Um, he was also the PE teacher that taught Darren Lewis how to play, but at a different school.

So, um, yeah, Mr. Harris came in and, you know, Mr. Harris was, uh, was not gifted for his height, uh, but he was a, a very skillful volleyball player.

Um, and so he just took us year sevens and introduced volleyball to the curriculum.
