So what actually is the skill that you should be learning? I mean, it's agency, but how do you learn?

There is no definition for agency, uh, where it's, uh, where it becomes a controlled variable.

We, I think we all understand as engineering leaders, how it, um, how people with agency act and behave.

You think that's manageable for somebody that's 25 today?

so i i bring that up because uh i believe mythos is launching today uh or is being released today and i know there was a lot of scrutiny around the cyber security industry that it is very dangerous tool and I just wonder we stop people from using it because I already know that they're going to release this model and people

are going to be able to remove rails.

It's going to be fun for sure.

When in the 90s you could do a lot of cool things because like security engineers weren't a thing and You could list files on a web server and see everything that's been uploaded there just because people didn't know how to set up Apache.

There's a ton of things like cross-site scripting, this and that.

There were so many attack vectors and there were so few people who knew how to protect the company from those things.

And then over the years, the industry formed and became more mature.

um what do you want for the future what like what are you hoping most uh because i know we're going to go through a period of pain a lot of pain because people don't see what's coming and nobody's prepared what do you want out of the other on the other side of that
