I mean, you're going to have to do that, but how do you, how do you inspire people to be excited to be part of a small team? You know,

I guess a good question.

And I, I read a book, it was called the dream manager.

I don't know if you're familiar with it, but Right.

That book really helped me look at leadership in a different way.

Like leadership isn't, yeah, it's accountability.

Yeah, it's essentially telling people and holding them accountable to what they're supposed to do.

Can you maybe kind of share some of the things that you've overcome over the past couple of years and maybe share some lessons learned with folks that are watching today?
