How do I build my artist in four or five steps? What would that look like?

And you can have that in different ways, from management, to labeling, to ownership, to partnerships, et cetera.

So the very first thing you have to do is decide two things.

you know, what has that balance been between I can support this person's dream and this person's journey, but I can also make sure that I'm finding my own creative expressions, my own outlets.
