Can you walk us through what that is and why it has proven to be effective?

Yeah, so the 80-20 rule stands for 80% coaching, 20% mentorship.

It's the concept and the framework that we train all of our coaches in, through which we encourage them not just to use their learn skills as certified coaches, but also to use their lived experiences to support their clients and to help them develop in their roles.

So the Mento coach, you know, roughly is coaching 80% of the time.

However, you know, that means they're using inquiry-based questions.

They're helping somebody better understand their own strengths, their own growth areas, their own goals.

However, when permissioned, we want a mentor coach, which is where our coaching is different, to be able to take off their coaching hat per se and put on their mentor hat and get into the weeds with a client.
