... and its application perhaps, you know, a- across multiple companies that you've worked for, and of course, uh, leaning especially into its application at Eleven Labs.

Yeah.

So I mean, I'd say, you know, what forward deployed engineering is almost an extension of those first two ideas.

So if research are building the tech that nobody else has access to and are solving the problems that no one has solved before, um, and then product are making it very easy to, to configure those pieces of technology together to solve problems.

The idea of forward deployed engineering closes the loop, which is they're actually the ones that are responsible for working with our, our largest enterprise customers and partners, and actually are responsible for ensuring that the outcomes are achieved.

A- and so it's their job in part to configure whatever exists, but it's also to work closely with the customer using their knowledge of the problem space to then identify the gaps and work in the messiness of the real world.

So, you know, the, the product will be, get you maybe 80% of the way, 90% of the way, 100% of the way.

Talk a bit about the process, um, you know, of rec- of identifying and recruiting people that have that balance of skills in order to succeed in an environment like what you've described.
