Um, let's start off with Alex, please.

Alex Gray, Director of Trade and Transaction Banking at LIBF, the London Institute of Banking and Finance.

And prior to that I was 30 years within trade finance, mostly HSBC and Asia.

Um, and then where I got into the, the education piece of life, was a trade training manager role at HSBC, and was traveling around the world training.

So that's where it sparked that interest.

And so it was a natural progression to go to LIBF, where we do a number of qualifications, CDCS, Certificate of Credit Specialists.

The irony was that when I was at HSBC, we went to LIBF and said, "Can you make us a program?" So now I'm on the opposite side of the fence there.
