And when you when you, you know, go back to to kind of the original report and start looking at your your your lab values, what happened with the fatty liver?

So I was at a 99 percent chance of fatty liver disease.

So, I mean, we can just say I had it.

And it started to it was like pretty scary because like when I first started this, you know, I was I was going to bed with my stomach growling every single night.

Like I was just groaning.

churning with hunger every single day, every night.

And I didn't really see any results.

And once you kind of got things going, kind of got through gate one and were able to burn fat, how did you find, did you start to kind of lose at a steady pace or describe kind of how that felt?
