Uh, well, let me think about this." And I said, "Well, you know, I know people in Florida, so Florida's kind of where everyone goes during the winter." And so I decided to try Florida.

I said, "All right.

Well, let me, let me go down to Florida, spend some time down there, see what I can f- figure out." And, uh, that's what I did.

And, uh, that was the second place I expanded.
