Albert, can you walk us through your algorithm a little bit as far as how you make this decision?

Yeah, I mean, that's the hot topic, right? Because we've gotten so good with repair constructs that I think from a biomechanical standpoint, we have that down.

But as we know, like, you know, the failure rate, whether you're talking about, you know, small, large size repairs still remains high.

And so, you know, probably the best study I'm sure everyone's familiar with, we all know the Rohe score.

It's imperfect, like many other things, but I think it's the best thing we have.

But what it does, it gives us a framework for understanding who's going to you know, fill these repairs.

And you can, you know, talk about tear size.

So as far as the, you know, derma allografts and the xenografts, you know, Albert, talk a little bit, how does that fall into your matrix?

Like, how did this happen? Tell us about that relationship.

I'll tell you.

I mean, so I grew up in Pittsburgh and the Asian and sort of Chinese community is small.

It was small, at least, you know, when I was growing up, I was in the 80s and 90s.

So my parents kind of knew him, but his kids went to my school.

And so his son is two years above me.

His daughter is one year below me.

How did you go from being in healthcare to private equity and now law?

I asked myself the same question and I asked myself if I were to ask my, the 20 year old version of me.

Where I would end up in 20 plus years, there's zero probability that I would have been able to sort of chart my path.

I think fundamentally, maybe to my advantage or disadvantage, I am a very, very curious person.

And I am, I am driven by learning and I'd like to learn new things.

And so, and also I don't think I was very self-aware when I was younger as to what I needed in my life to make me sort of feel fulfilled.

And so early on in my career, I had this vision of becoming Tony Starks, and then I'm going to invent a cure for cancer, do something great and go to Silicon Valley and build up Starks Industries.
