And obviously with, technology as it is now you know you have to kind of maybe justify moving people around as much you know but I mean I thought that it'd be interesting to find out from your point of view what you what you feel you've gained from that experience working in different countries and how it's influenced you as a person as a leader really
20:19
Yeah, so I've also tried to reflect on that over the years, right? And one thing, just being in Switzerland, on first look, the Swedes and Swiss are quite similar, about as conflict-averse as the Swedes locally here.
20:34
But what I like about the Swiss that I noticed is that they do not pretend, they don't as officially pretend as Sweden does, that they are a flat organization, right? They do have some hierarchy here.
20:49
In Sweden, I think it could be difficult for somebody that's not Swedish to see that when we say we have a flat organization is that behind it is a very hidden hierarchy.
21:00
And there is like, sure, we get the consensus, but there are people with higher weight in the consensus in that group, right? Then you're supposed to kind of read the room and it's not necessarily by title every time.
21:12
As I learned from my wife who explained this to me, she is South Korean.
21:15
She's worked for a huge South Korean multinational in marketing.

So I thought it'd be good to ask you a bit about your experience in working in the public and the private side and how you've managed to maneuver the different culturally ways of working between these two types of setups.
