So I think at the end of the day, debt is rarely about the math, right? There's a lot of spending that happens when we get stressed, when, you know, it's convenient.

Like, how easy is it now to jump onto DoorDash or Uber Eats and get food delivered to your house in 30 minutes without thinking about all those extra fees, right? Then there's this, "I deserve this" spending.

And then we have that avoidance thing as well, right? So if you don't understand why you're spending money on certain things, you're gonna keep repeating the cycle.

So what I try to get to do with my, a lot of my coaching clients is ask yourself when do you overspend, what are you feeling in that moment that you are overspending, and what needs are you trying to meet? And I think if you start to work through those three questions before you spend money on something, it's gonna help you recognize your habits.

And- What I want my clients to do is not just, like, recognize the habit, but I want you to replace the habit with something else-
