What does that mean?

Yeah, I mean, I was trying to figure out the answer to the very simple question, what does an associate membership look like? What does it imply? What are the obligations? What are the costs? What are the advantages? And so it's, you know, it's been around for, you know, in several different connotations for a number of years.

And it was proposed, obviously, most recently by Friedrich Merz in May, I think, for Ukraine.

And President Zelensky, he said, no, we don't want it.

We don't want any of that.

We want full membership and full protections and full advantages or nothing at all.

Because why? Because it's a taxation without representation kind of concept? Essentially that, yeah.

Is Canada closer to Europe than the United States in that regard?
