So the topic I want to talk about is league structure, pyramid structure.

It actually goes back to the ecosystem that we began talking about 10 or so minutes ago.

Yes, an academic scientist that decides I'm going to leave academia needs to learn an entirely new skill set in order to take that idea and mature it into that data package that we talked about where that data package could then secure resources to deliver impact.
