Okay.

Alan JohnsonGUEST
And when Tahoe National Forest took, took over, like, uh, taking care of that side of the trail, they, they saw this and they're like, "Oh, what the heck is this?" And started looking into it.

Alan JohnsonGUEST
Uh, had it rechecked out, and they agreed, yeah, this, this is, it's collapsing.

Alan JohnsonGUEST
The, this portion of the trail, like, it's not gonna happen, like, can't tell you it's gonna happen tomorrow, can't tell you it's gonna happen in 1,000 years, but at some point [laughs] this decomposed granite, this hillside is going to fall down into the creek.

Mm-hmm.

Alan JohnsonGUEST
Uh, but yeah, so say you're, say you're out on the trail and you break an axle shaft in a JK or something, we'll, we'll probably have the shaft at one location.

Alan JohnsonGUEST
Uh, you get with Glenn or Gerald, our mid-trail staff, on the, on the radio, on the ham or the GMRS, and, uh, he can usually get you set up, get you a part.

Alan JohnsonGUEST
Uh, we do charge, uh, w- we do charge for the parts, so obviously we can either get another part donated or replace it, buy other stuff we need.
