Tell me a little bit about that and some of the biggest challenges you faced in making technology more accessible.

I think from a lot of accessibility professionals, both across kind of the digital accessibility world where we're also in the era of tech companies are often at the forefront of accessibility to the point that Microsoft has a chief accessibility officer within the kind of C-suite ecosystem.

When we think of the mission of accessibility, it's always shift left is a phrase you hear.

And it's getting kind of as far left or as early on in the process as you can, because you have the, the chance to make the greatest impact at the lowest cost.

And thinking of accessibility up front is always going to be more efficient than thinking of it at the end, where suddenly it's a scramble, it's a retrofit, it can be kind of a costly revision to add accessibility in, whether it's a physical system, whether it's a digital system, that's always true.

And so finding ways to really get that mindset through to folks.

And I think that's where accessibility can sometimes be really frustrating because we see something brand new that might be created or built that's not accessible to people with disabilities.

Alan, when you look back over your work, what are some of the projects that you're especially proud of?

An example that comes up really often in the EV charging infrastructure world is a brand new site.
