Sure, it matters how games go and the development of the athlete is important as an athlete, but the development of the athlete, the young woman or the young man as a person and a human being is more important.

I'd like to add a couple of things.

One is first, George, I'd like to suggest that you don't say you're near the end point because you have a lot of great ideas to share.

And then I'd like to build on the idea that George shared with you.

And that's the notion when he was talking about when he was young, that play was something that kids could organize.

So think about the fact that play is really the work of childhood.

When as kids, we were born to play.

And I think you talk a lot about how do you reflect and how do you look at things differently? What's your thoughts on this area?

Well, yeah, let's, let's talk through your six keys to enlightened ignorance.

Okay.

So here's the thing, you know, and I appreciate the chance to talk about enlightened ignorance and the idea that actually we find something that matters to us, and we actually want to be remarkable at it.

And I think, you know, as I think about your podcast, if I think about the things that are most important for people in their, their careers, it's that that's the challenge we need to navigate.

And the challenge is that we need to be committed to continuing to learn, grow, think of valuable ways to make a difference wherever we work, and then be open to suggesting those ideas.

So where do we start? The first one I think is-If I have a clear purpose, something that matters to me, I'm likely to make a difference.

I'm likely to be focused on all the things I need to do because this is something I wanna solve for.
