What is that, and why do you think Tennessee ranks so high?

Well, the legislature's done a good job of making sure that we, um, that the laws that are passed, um, you know, there's, there's, there's a scorecard that kind of goes through.

And one of the biggest things is, is, is the, uh, it's easy to vote, but it's hard to cheat.

And I say that is because, you know, Tennessee, by mail absentee voting is what you hear a lot about on the news, but you have to have a reason in Tennessee to vote by mail.

Uh, now, which by reason could be you're 60 years of age or older, uh, but you may be out of town, you may have some, uh, some disability issue, uh, or for whatever reason, but you have to have a reason to vote.

We just don't send out by mail absentee ballots, uh, to anybody who's at, at whatever address.

So there has to be requested.
