Now, having been involved with Goodwood for many years, I know all of you well enough that you're not going to be doing the Disney model and just recreating a fibreglass Goodwood house somewhere in the desert and away you go, are you?

No, we took a lot of time.

It's something, I guess, in any business... you spend so much time, you know, creating experiences or serving your customers, you often don't spend conscious time looking inwards at what it is actually that you do and kind of makes the business special.

And we debated a lot and thought a lot about, you could look at, say, Goodwood House, for example.

So that's the iconic, you know, Fester Street's iconic because it's that, you know, there's the house and everything else.

But we really looked at it and said, if you look at, take Revival, the members meeting, their festival of speed, whatever.

Yes, they're all physically at Goodwood, but ultimately the thing that brings them all together is the estate's ability to convene people.

Are you going to be able to recreate that flavour?
