What did you decide had to change? Did you think you could hire somebody else to run it?

Well, I did have some people like that, and I'd hired some consultants.

And the consultants at that time weren't cheap.

The company, and I don't even know if they're still around, International Profit Associates.

I still remember that because I wrote a $30,000 check to them to come in and try to help them.

And they identified a lot of stuff that needed to be identified.

They made it real obvious.

What are some of the other warning signs that you might point out to a business owner who's in the midst of that murky water to say, hey, you need that life preserver, my friend?
