Do you mind telling us about your journey in the ICU?

Yeah, I'd say it transformed me as a human, personally and professionally.

My background in the automotive industry, I felt like I was making an impact, protecting customers from harm that could be caused based on the vehicles they were driving and then moved into healthcare.

And so for about a decade, I was the initial patient safety director and then workforce safety executive for a health system on the East Coast.

I left there.

in 2019 and joined Press Gaming Consulting.

And I had, I think, looking back, I feel like I accomplished a lot.

So what kind of things helped you during your journey that the healthcare workers did?
