What is the Kim Report? What does it do? And why does it matter?
2:25
Well, the Kim report is the only report currently that is following Salon transactional data.
2:33
So what does that mean? Is we are tracking because of our software platform, we're working with Forest, we're working with Aura, uh rosy with square with envision and with stx and then we are developing relationship with a few other software so what happens is these platforms are actually covering currently over 70 000 salons out of what we consider being uh 220 000 salons in the independent market in the united states A salon is a business unit.
3:06
So it could be a salon of one person or a salon of 100 persons.
3:09
So when I say salon, I refer to all of those business.
3:13
So a solopreneur in our language is a salon and is a cohort of one to two.
3:18
So it's a salon of one versus another salon that could be bigger.

23:21
You know, is that really a viable trend, all those scalp services? Is that a trend? Is it viable? And what is it replacing? Is that something that we should get on the bandwagon with? Is that the right place to go? If the color services are actually the price is going up, but there's less color services, so what's happening? Which client base am I losing in my numbers? So we don't have all the data.
23:47
We don't know everything, but currently we can see a lot of the trends where the industry is going.
23:52
And what I told you for 2025, I've seen the results for t- that January and February, and we're still going in the same direction.
23:59
So we're still going in the same...
